Thanksgiving was wonderful. We woke up early Saturday morning and cleaned the house and prepared to go to the White shell and spend Saturday and Sunday with my middle sister and her family. Peter was on call so he stayed home. However, on the upside I got a new dishwasher and above the stove microwave.
We took a little site seeing trip to a swinging bridge. This is where this photo of Lane was taken and the one with me and my 2 sisters.
Of course we stuffed our faces Sunday night with turkey, stuffing and lots of good veggies.

Carolyne it was wonderful to see how well your trip went. We are having a good one too but too short. My hubby is still looking for work but Zoe has graduated highschool taking welding in the fall and Cassie just graduated with her bachelors in Nursing. I am anxioulsy awaiting my final marks. I am putting up Terrie Green and some other ladies as billets this weekend

Carolyne I was more scared about being a cub leader than the RS president. I didn't know a thing but I had a wonderful Baloo and we became great friends and I probably never would have met Sandy any other way. I am a family History consultant and a temple worker, I do laundry. Just came back from a trip to winnipeg for Cassie's pinning and I was even more grateful for my 7-10 minute drive to the temple.
